The 2022 Summer Reading Program at the Herington Public Library will begin Thursday, June 9.
This year’s theme is “Oceans of Possibilities.”
Kindergarten and younger children will meet in the basement at 9 a.m. Older children may attend at 10 a.m.
Stories will be read, crafts made, activities offered and snacks shared at each session.
Children will be asked to keep track of the books they read over the summer.
Drawings will be held for various prizes throughout the summer. Prizes will be displayed at the library.
Summer Reading Programs also will be offered for young adults and adults.
