The Herington Public Library will start offering Curbside Service beginning Monday, May 18th.
Hours of operation will be slightly different for a while.
Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. No Saturday hours at this time!
The first priority of the Herington Public Library Board and Staff is to keep our patrons and staff safe.
For curbside service please
follow these procedures.
Call 785-258-2011, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or messages us on Facebook to request library books, audios or DVD’s.
You may look at the online card catalog to choose titles to see what is available or you can simply ask for a genre, i.e. romance, mystery, thriller, non-fiction, or children’s books.
Please let us know when you will be able to pick up your items.
Please return your items in the book drop (anytime) or put them in a bag to give to the staff when they bring your items out to you. Staff will quarantine items for up to 72 hours before being put back into circulation.
There will be no fines charged during this time.
If you need to print, copy or fax something please call the library to make sure a computer is available for use. At this time patrons are not allowed in the library without calling first.
Donation will not be accepted at this time!
